THE GRID Office Campus
The project involves the development of a state-of-the-art office campus with approximately 61,500 m² of gross built area, six levels, four basement levels, a central courtyard and landscaped green spaces. Designed with a sustainable and future-oriented approach, the campus combines modern workspaces with integrated amenities and open areas.
We are contributed to the electrical infrastructure, including power distribution, electrical panels, lighting, structured cabling and low-voltage systems. The project also features a KNX-based smart building automation system, enabling centralized and efficient control of lighting, climate and other building functions.
One&Only Kéa Island RESORT (2020 – 2022)
The project involved electrical and low-current infrastructure works across the resort, supporting reliable power distribution, lighting, communication and data systems.
Athens International Airport ("Eleftherios Venizelos") Expansion
We scope within the Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” Expansion Project included electrical power distribution, installation of electrical panels, cable routing and containment systems, general and emergency lighting, structured cabling and data infrastructure, low-voltage systems, server room infrastructure, earthing and electrical protection systems, as well as testing, commissioning and technical support. The works also involved coordination of electrical installations with other building services and project requirements, ensuring reliable operation, safety and compliance with applicable technical standards.
We were responsible for the electrical infrastructure of the new logistics center, including power distribution, electrical panels, lighting, structured cabling, fire detection, public address systems, earthing, lightning protection, TV systems, and external electrical installations. The works were designed to provide safe, reliable and efficient electrical infrastructure throughout the facility and surrounding areas.
